Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Figmolt software platform, websites, QR digital menus, kitchen display systems, and point-of-sale services operated by Webmolt Softtech Solution ("Figmolt", "we", or "us"). By registering an account or deploying Figmolt at your outlet, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Platform Licensing & Permitted Use

Figmolt grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for lawful food and beverage hospitality operations. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account credentials and those of your assigned staff members.

2. Pricing, Commission Fees & Billing Ledgers

Figmolt operates on transparent, channel-based pricing denominated in Indian Rupees (₹ INR):

• Dine-In Orders: Billed at 0.5%–1% per completed order, either paid directly by the diner as a convenience charge or absorbed by the merchant according to your business settings.
• Direct Online Delivery: Billed at a 5% flat platform fee on completed deliveries, invoiced monthly.
• Flat Monthly Plans: Outlets on custom flat monthly plans are billed on the first day of each billing cycle with zero per-order commission.

3. Direct Merchant Payments (Zero Escrow)

Figmolt is not an escrow agent and never holds your diner payments. Customer payments via Cash or UPI QR codes are transferred directly and instantaneously to your chosen bank account or merchant UPI VPA. Figmolt is not liable for customer chargebacks or disputes regarding food quality or service delivery.

4. Merchant Responsibilities & Content

You are responsible for ensuring that all menu items, descriptions, allergen disclosures, prices, and GST tax classifications comply with applicable laws and FSSAI regulations. You represent that you own or have obtained the necessary rights for any food photography and branding uploaded to your digital menus.

5. Service Availability & SLA

We strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime SLA for cloud ordering endpoints. While we employ automated failover systems and real-time syncing mechanisms, Figmolt does not guarantee uninterrupted operation in the event of local ISP outages, cellular signal loss, or force majeure events.

6. Termination of Service

You may discontinue using Figmolt at any time without penalty or lock-in contracts. Figmolt reserves the right to suspend or terminate service to any account that engages in fraudulent transactions, abuse of staff bypass tokens, or illegal distribution of prohibited items.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
