By creating an account, accessing, or using the Figmolt point-of-sale, digital menu, or restaurant management software, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access the service.
Figmolt provides a digital ecosystem for hospitality businesses, including POS systems, digital QR menus, kitchen display systems, and analytics. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
Your use of Figmolt is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Figmolt, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
Certain features of Figmolt may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees in connection with your use of the services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
In no event shall Figmolt be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use or inability to use the service.
