Welcome to Figmolt ("we", "our", or "us"), a product of Webmolt Softtech Solution. We respect your privacy and are committed to safeguarding your personal data and restaurant business records. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, store, process, and protect your information when you visit figmolt.com or use any Figmolt software, QR menus, or kitchen display services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to deliver seamless restaurant point-of-sale, digital ordering, and billing operations:

• Merchant & Business Data: Restaurant name, GSTIN (optional/for tax invoicing), outlet addresses, owner contact details (phone number, email), and staff credentials.
• Customer Ordering Data: Dine-in table or room numbers, phone numbers provided for digital WhatsApp receipts or loyalty passes, delivery addresses for takeaway/direct delivery orders, and ordered item records.
• Payment Information: We do not store credit card numbers or UPI MPINs. Direct UPI payments route straight to your merchant VPA (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM) with zero middleman escrow.
• Technical & Diagnostic Data: IP addresses, browser types, device identifiers, and session timestamps used to detect fraudulent orders and ensure sub-second KDS sync reliability.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To dispatch live orders instantly to Kitchen Display Systems (KDS) and waiter order-pads.
• To generate GST-compliant tax invoices and deliver electronic receipts via WhatsApp or SMS.
• To calculate store analytics, popular menu items, peak hours, and wallet balance reconciliations.
• To authenticate restaurant managers and prevent unauthorized staff access to bill modifications or discounts.

3. Customer Data Ownership

Unlike third-party aggregator delivery apps that mask diner phone numbers and hold your customer relationships hostage, you own 100% of your restaurant's customer data. Figmolt will never sell, rent, or monetize your diners' contact details to third-party advertisers.

4. Data Security & Storage

All traffic between your devices, diners, and Figmolt servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS/SSL encryption. Database access is strictly sandboxed with parameterized queries to prevent data injection and unauthorized interception.

5. Your Rights & Data Portability

Under Indian Information Technology laws and global privacy principles, you have the right to request access to your stored business data, request data exports (CSV/Excel), or request full deletion of your restaurant account and historical logs by reaching out to our compliance desk.
